Client: This
client's desire was to turn their run down beach house into
a modern sophisticated holiday home.
Advantage Solution:As
a part of these major renovations we remodelled two existing
bathrooms with state of the art PC items including underfloor
heating. An extension was made to the rear living area which
included modern louver windows, bi fold doors and six inch
hardwood floorboards that were secret nailed. Ducted air conditioning
was installed throughout. Large decks were built on both levels
that were stained and the house was fully painted.
